How can I request my payment?

In your website dashboard, you will find the "Payments" section in the menu. Here, you can submit a payment request by filling out the provided form. Once submitted, your linked trading account will be switched to read-only mode until the payment is finalized, so please ensure you close all open trades beforehand. The minimum payment amount is $100.

CRYPTO: For payments under $500, we process them using cryptocurrencies (USDT, USDC, ETH, BTC).

RISE: For payments over $500, we use Rise, which offers options for both bank transfers and cryptocurrency.

However, if Rise does not operate in your country, we will process the payment using cryptocurrency instead. Payments are handled Monday through Friday between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM CET. You can view the list of countries where Rise is unavailable here:

To add one of these withdrawal methods, please follow these steps:

Select the “Withdraw” option from the left-hand menu.

Once there, you will see three tabs. Go to “Other Accounts.”

Click the “Add Account” button.

Then, select the payment method you wish to add:

Rise: Enter your email address. You can enter the same email address again for the “Address ID.”

Crypto: Enter your name, select the network under “Provider,” enter your wallet address in the “Address ID” field, and finally, choose the cryptocurrency.

We have introduced a new payout method:

BROKER: Choose to receive your payout via the broker.

When requesting your withdrawal, select "Broker" instead of crypto or Rise. This means the funds will not be sent to your personal wallet but to an account at WSF Markets, from which you can trade or withdraw the money. You will receive an email the first time asking you to do the following: To activate your account:

2. Click "Forgot password" and enter your email address ([email protected]) to set your password and activate your account.

3. Log in and complete the KYC verification. Once your verification is approved, we will process your payment. The email does not contain a password; you access the account by clicking "Forgot password" using that same email address.
