Following a successful payment clearance for the purchase of any of our programs, you will receive an email containing login details for accessing your trading platform. Once this information is sent to you, no refunds will be issued. In certain exceptional circumstances, we may consider a refund if no trades have been executed on the account. Acknowledgment of this Policy Clients engaging in improper charge disputes or requesting chargebacks with their bank will face permanent suspension from the Platform. Refunds Upon Successful Completion of the WSF Challenge After successfully completing Stage 2 of Wall Street Challenge and advancing to the funded phase, you will receive a refund of the initial sign-up fee with your first withdrawal. The sign-up fee will only be refunded once you have generated sufficient profits eligible for withdrawal.
